# Testing Tools

> Learn how to test and validate your tools

The tool playground is an integrated testing environment that allows you to test tools in real-time without involving AI agents. It provides a comprehensive interface for parameter input, execution, and response analysis, making it essential for tool development and debugging.

## Accessing the Playground

**1. Navigate to Flow Builder**

Click on the flow builder navigation item.

**2. Select a Tool**

Choose the tool you want to test and click on the "Test Tool" option (Play icon).

**3. Configure Parameters**

Fill in the parameter form and click "Execute" to test.

**4. Review Results**

Review the results of the test, on the right side of the screen.
